Application and Notification Forms
This page contains standard legal documents created to allow Whoisnextapp users, authorities, or third parties to submit official applications and legal notifications to our platform.
Our goal is to make interaction with our platform transparent, fast, and compliant with legal processes.
Application methods
You can submit your prepared forms to us through the following channels:

| Physical mail (KVKK) | For KVKK data subject applications, in order for legal time limits to start, the wet-signed copy of the form must be sent to our company address (Acıbadem Mah. Asafbey Sk. İmer Apt. No: 7 A, Kadıköy / İstanbul) by physical mail or courier. |
Submitting KVKK applications via physical mail is important for the formality of your request and for tracking legal deadlines.

| Security Vulnerability Report Form | Used by researchers and technical teams to report technical security vulnerabilities or weaknesses on the platform. |
| KVKK Application Form | For personal data subjects to exercise their rights under KVKK (request information, correction, deletion, objection, etc.); must be submitted with a wet signature via physical mail. |
| Complaint and Reporting Form | For formally submitting complaints/reports of user behaviors or content that violate community rules or general policies. |
| Appeal Form | Used by users whose accounts are restricted, banned, or whose content is removed to submit an official appeal against moderation decisions. |
| Content Violation Form | Used to formally report content to the moderation team that you believe is against platform rules or objectionable. |
| Intellectual Property (Copyright) Infringement Form | Used to report content that infringes your intellectual property rights, such as copyright or trademark registration (FSEK, SMK, DMCA, etc.). |
| Illegal Content Notification Form | Under Law No. 5651 and relevant legislation, this is for notifications of content that clearly constitutes a crime, only by official authorities and competent institutions. |
